Our first time in Thailand and the tours only added to our wonderful stay and experiences of this lovely country. We booked 2 tours: Full Day Khao Sak Jungle Exploration, this was a lovely day and our Guide Dieter was great and cared that we enjoyed our day. Plenty of drinks were supplied free throughout the day. The market was so enlightening and to see so much fresh food and locals doing their daily shop. Stopped for coffee at the Rock and Tree House then took a trip down the river in a canoe-bit tricky as the levels were low but the local guide paddled, pushed and pulled us over the low bits, stopped again to have a cuppa in bamboo cups and water boiled in bamboo tubes over a fire. Lots to see on the way, monkeys, snakes, frogs, fish and the scenery was stunning. Back to the tree house for lunch and swim in the pool. Then to the elephant camp, no babies but well looked after elephants, they were happy, contented and ropes used to tie on the seats were covered in plastic pipe to stop the rope rubbing and cutting into the skin, no evidence of poor treatment. Fun riding on their neck, not too comfortable but we had a teenager boy who was full of character and made us laugh on several occasions. On the way back we paid tribute at a memorial for the 2004 Tsunami as this area was badly hit. The next day we went to Phang Nga Bay- "James Bond Island". Again a lovely day, spectacular scenery. Longtail boat round the bay and to the island (can get a little wet from the spray), again plenty of free refreshments supplied by the firm. Time to be on the actual island, don't buy anything on this trip as not very good quality and soooo expensive. Sea Canoe to see the mangroves, caves and cliffs then a superb lunch on the floating village. Finally a visit to a Temple on the way back with a huge Buddha and macaque monkeys. From start to finish the firm was very professional, discount made for doing 2 bookings. Pick up times appropriate to miss the crowds and to get the most out of the days. Attentive guides and briefing and information from guides excellent. Only minor irritation was the constant tipping to the locals for their services, it was discretionary but we felt we had to give a tip as they put so much into making your outings enjoyable and they need the money, unsure what the pay is like out there for them. It is only a little at a time but it does add up. We would thoroughly recommend Khao Lak Land Discovery for booking your trips, you wont be disappointed and we will use them again when we return to Thailand as the trips are well organised and has enough variation so you can see and learn about the area and culture.

Sehr Preiswerter suttle service. Auf der Hompage konnte ich bequem den Ort, Datum, Zeit und Ziel der Reise eingeben, der Preis wurde dan gleich angezeigt. Zwei Tage später bekamm ich den eine bestetigungs email, meines erstaunens sogar auf deutsch. Das Taxi stand am Flughafen bereit als wir ankahmen und als wir eine Woche spähter weiter in ein anderes Hotel reisten stand das Taxi pünktlich vor unsrem Hotel wieder bereit.

Tolle Touren sind hier möglich! Sehr nette Guides in allen Sprachen vorhanden! Absolut weiter zu empfehlen!

Während unseres zweiwöchigen Urlaubs haben wir drei Ausflüge mit Khao lak land discovery unternommen. Zwar gibt es an jeder Ecke Ausflüge zu den bekannten Zielen zu buchen, doch wenige sind deutschsprachig geführt und garantieren für einwandfreie und sichere Durchführung ohne böse Überraschungen wie versteckte Kosten (z.B. Eintrittsgelder), überfüllte Boote usw. Der erste Ausflug war zu den Hong Inseln, der zweite zu den Similans und als krönender Abschluss eine Zweitagestour in den Khao Sok- Nationalpark mit Übernachtung im "Rock- and treehouse". Der letzte Ausflug war dank einer überragenden Leistung unserer "Reisebegleiterin" Julie ein unvergessliches und informatives Erlebnis. Absolut empfehlenswert!

wir hatten von deutschland aus, den flughafentransfer, sowie 2 weiter ausflüge gebucht. der transfer hat reibungslos geklappt, der bulli pikobello sauber, gepflegt und mit einem hauch von luxus. haben uns schon bei der ankunft, wie paschas gefühlt. der 1. ausflug war die 2 tage/1 nacht baumhaustour mit erich. 1. tag, kanutour auf dem sok river, dann einchecken und mittagessen im rock & treehouse und nachmittags elefantenreiten. alles tiptop. alkoholische getränke waren kostenpflichtig, cola und wasser gab es kostenlos. am 2. tag ging es nach dem frühstück zum stausee, und anschließend mit dem longtailboat zum floating rafthouse resort. von da aus haben wir eine höhlenbesichtigung und eine dschungelwanderung gemacht. anschließend mittagessen im rafthouse, und anschließende heimfahrt. alles in allem gut geplante und qualitativ sehr gute touren mit deutscher führung, allerdings gibt es die touren woanders auch günstiger. der 2. ausflug war zu den hongs. diesen ausflug kannte ich bereits aus dem jahre 2011 von einem anderen anbieter, aber diese hier war vom ablauf trotzdem anders und wunderschön. es wurde nie langweilig. zum programmablauf gehörten die kanufahrt in die hongs, sowie in die mangroven. mittagessen im stelzendorf, mit anschließender besichtigung. unser tourguide war diesmal der oli. beide touren waren sehr informativ und gut geführt. rücktransfer zum flughafen verlief wieder reibungslos. wir wurden auch vor jeder tour von klld, im hotel nochmals über die genauen pickup-zeiten informiert. klld läßt sich auch ohne weiteres, problemlos von deutschland aus buchen. wer auf nummer sicher gehen will, dem kann ich diesen anbieter nur wärmstens ans herz legen, auch wenn es etwas teurer ist.
