Ein wichtiger Nachtrag noch...

In meinem Kommentar hatte ich vergessen was zu erwähnen. Im Vorfeld hatten wir uns echt Gedanken gemacht wegen der Moskitos....Im Regenwald gibt es aber gar keine und auch in den Mangroven sind alle Teilnehmer von Stichen verschont geblieben, wir selbst haben auch dort keine Moskitos gesehen...

13/12/24- Just got back to our hotel after a great day out. I’m not one to leave reviews but seeing as this has none, & we had an amazing day out I thought I would! Naries was our guide, we had a great driver for the day as well. Kayaking through the mangroves we saw hundreds of monkeys, sleeping snakes in the tree not to mention the birds, toucans & hornbills. The temple was interesting, the lunch was delicious, & the 4x4 ride real fun! The rain made it even more fun as the waterfall after the trek was spectacular!! We got soaked but the raincoats kept us warm! Thank you for a great day. (Top tip- don’t wear white trainers!)

If you love elephants 👍

Overall a good day especially a great experience and time spent with the elephants. Unfortunately the tour was spoiled by the speeds at which the driver was travelling, very dangerous and scary (Over 100kph in a 50kph zone and regularly at around 130-140kph on the open road). We could constantly hear the ‘Excessive Speed Alarm’ in the vehicle beeping. It maybe acceptable locally to drive at excessive speeds but not when you are driving a tour bus. Both my wife and myself felt unsafe. Some of the other passengers also commented. Very disappointing.

Von der Abholung über die Tour bis hin zum Hotel wieder zurück bestens von Isi betreut worden. Getränke gab es auch. Isi gab wertvolle Infos und hat, wenn man wollte, auch Fotos gemacht. Mehrer Stationen waren gepaart mit einer super Bootstour. Rundum ein toller Tag. Danke nochmal.
