Your day will begin with a pick-up from your hotel in Khao Lak around 8:00am. On the way to Khao Sok National Park, you’ll make a short stop at the morning market in Takua Pa. This vibrant market is a great place to experience local Thai culture and cuisine. Browse the stalls selling fresh produce, seafood, and handicrafts. You may even find something useful for your trekking journey at the morning market.
After your visit to the market, you’ll continue on to Khao Sok National Park, where you’ll embark on your jungle trekking adventure. Your experienced guide will lead you through the lush rainforest, pointing out interesting plants and animals along the way. You may even spot some of the park’s famous wildlife, such as gibbons, Dusky leaf monkey, and many species of birds.

The trek is relatively easy, but there are a few steep sections. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and clothing, and bring plenty of water and sunscreen.
After a few hours of trekking, you’ll arrive at a beautiful “Bang Hau Rad Waterfall”. This is the perfect place to stop for lunch and a swim. Your guide will provide you with a delicious picnic lunch, and you’ll have plenty of time to relax and enjoy the scenery.
After lunch, it’s time to head to the river for some canoeing, and then you’ll set down the river with your Paddle guide.
As you canoe, you’ll pass through stunning scenery, including limestone cliffs, lush rainforest, and floating villages. Your paddle guide will help you spot some wildlife, such as monkeys, birds, and snakes.
The final stop on your tour is the monkey temple. This temple is home to a large population of monkeys, and you’ll have the chance to feed them and watch them play.
After visiting the monkey temple, it’s time to head back to your hotel. You’ll arrive back at your hotel around 6:00pm.
