We chose this tour as we thought it looked like a good mixture of activities and would get us out of our luxury resort. It was a great pick. We were picked up at 7am in an air-conditioned bus and got back to the resort by 4pm. We saw lots of country side, enjoyed the boat ride out to the island with beautiful scenery and then had a canoe ride. Afterwards we had a beautiful lunch at a restaurant at Koh Panyee and then explored the village. Our last stop was a temple with monkeys which the kids were desperate to see. I was a little hesitant going on this tour as a larger lady and just because I'm not good in the heat but it was manageable and our tour guide handed out lots of water, soda and wet towelettes. We decided that the tour was a great all-rounder and it was enough adventuring for us. Our tour guide and driver were great and I would completely recommend this company and day tour.

We can only confirm the earlier comments. We did the Similan island snorkelling tour. A driver picked us up at the hotel on time. We were the first to arrive on Similan island, so we could take nice pictures without the crowd. We had a very bad experience a few days before in a tour to Phi Phi Island, where we paid 2000 Baths, but the boat and all beaches were crowded. So this time we decided to pay more and we don't regret it at all. Also I want to mention that the lunch was very good, compared to other tours we did. And the staff informed us a lot about safety, which we appreciated. We highly recommend this company.

Très belle journée à Surin ou nous avons bien profité des fonds marins. (2x 45 min. de plongée) 1 visite chez les Gitans de la mer. 1 repas copieux et une pose de 2h sur une plage paradisiaque. Guide belge Hugues très compétent parlent français qui nous a très bien renseigné.

Nous avons fait 3 excursions avec cette société et tout était très bien organisé et nous avons eu des guides français c'était vraiment appréciable ! Nous avons eu kim pour notre excursion à khaosok, puis Hugues pour l'île de surin et l'île de james bond! Tous les deux étaient vraiment super!!!

Wir haben zwei Ausflüge mit Land Discovery unternommen. Da uns der erste Trip so sehr gefallen hat!!!- Khao Lak Safari - Phanga Nga Bucht (Bond-Felsen)Daniela war unser Guide, sie hat und beim ersten mal mit ihrem Wissen über Land und Leute überrascht. Da sie außerdem sehr freundlich war haben wir sie bei der zweiten Tour erneut gebucht.Die Organisation der Trips ist Klasse. Am Bond-Felsen waren wir quasi allein, weil wir früh unterwegs waren und so noch nicht all zu viel los war.Das Kanu fahren war uns etwas zu kurz, wir hätten Stunden durch die Bucht paddeln können :-).Bei der Koh Lak Safari hat uns besonders die Floss-Fahrt gefallen.Die Elefanten im Camp taten und etwas leid, da es den Anschein machte, dass sie an der Wanderung keinen Spaß haben. Allerdings ist das Camp von Land Discovery gut ausgesucht (hat uns Daniela versichert). Ebenfalls sagte Daniela uns, wenn uns etwas auffällt sollen wir es berichten. Sollte es sich wiederholen würden sie die Anliegen mit dem Camp besprechen oder im Zweifel ein neues suchen... Sicher ist das Elefanten-reiten kontrovers zu betrachten, aber wir sonst sollen die ehemaligen Arbeitstiere eingesetzt werden bzw. gefüttert werden!!! Nur eine "Zucht" der Tiere gehört unterbunden, damit nicht neue Generationen der Tiere "leiden" müssten... der kleine Baby Elefant lockt sicher noch mehr Touristen aber es sind einfach Tiere die in die Freiheit gehören.Die lokale auf den Touren waren sehr gut ausgesucht und wir haben vorzüglich auf beiden Touren gegessen. Für Trinken während der Trips ist gesorgt es schadet jedoch nicht selbst ein wenig dabei zu haben.Wir können einen Ausflug mit Land Discovery guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen und danken Daniela an dieser Stelle nochmals für die sehr schönen Tage.
