Si comme nous, vous adorez cuisiner et que vous appréciez la cuisine Thaï, n’hésitez pas. Pour nous ce fut une vraie découverte pour cette cuisine locale. Nous avons été pris en charge à l’hôtel par un chauffeur très agréable. Nous avons rejoint la cheffe Wandee sur le marché avec qui nous avons fait les courses. Elle nous a expliqué toutes les saveurs que dégageaient les fruits et légumes. Nous sommes allés ensuite dans son atelier de cuisine où nous avons commencé à cuisiner chacun le plat de son choix. Un vrai régal pour nos papilles…. Nous allons reproduire toutes ces recettes en rentrant, d’autant plus que Wandee nous a mis toutes ses recettes à disposition. Wandee et son équipe sont des personnes disponibles, souriantes avec le souci que chacun d’entre nous reparte avec des souvenirs plein les bagages…
