Super Dschungel Trip mit Michale und Tak

Wir sind das erste Mal in Khao Lak und haben die Off Road Sarfari gebucht. Eine Top Tour mit Kanutour durch die Mangroven und einer spektakulären Fahrt durch den Regenwald. Super organisiert einschließlich super Thai-Essen. Michael und unser Fahrer Tak waren echte Guides und wir haben eine Menge über Land, Leute und die Natur erfahren. Leider kommt uns jetzt "Pabuk" dazwischen sonst hätten wir noch die Tour an die Hong Inseln gemacht. Insgesamt super zufrieden und die beiden Guides haben Spaß gemacht.

Erstkontakt sehr unfreundlich!!

Wir haben über fti unsere Reise gebucht. Zum "Willkommensbesuch" kam eine Mitarbeiterin vom Khao Lak Land Discovery. Die Informationen über Khao Lak einschließlich der Umgebung wurden lustlos und unfreundlich vorgetragen. Bei der Nachfrage, ob sie bei Buchungswünschen ins Hotel kommt, kam nur die Antwort "für zwei Gäste komme ich hier nicht hin". Leider mussten wir am nächsten Tag die Reisleiterin per Whatup kontaktieren, weil es mir gesundheitlich nicht gut ging. Die Antworten auf mein Anliegen waren genervt und nicht hilfreich. Einen Ausflug hätten wir gerne gemacht. Wir haben daher Khao Lak Land Discovery direkt per E-Mail angeschrieben, weil wir nichts mehr über die Reiseleiterin buchen wollten. Die Antwort kam umgehend, auch sehr freundlich, aber die uns vorliegenden Gutscheine konnten nur direkt über die Reiseleiterin eingelöst werden. Damit war für uns klar, dass wir keine Ausflüge dort buchen.

Excellent guide

Nous avons fait 5 excursions dans la région de Khao Lak avec cette agence... je recommande. Excursion similan , surin : trop de monde à similan privilégiez surin.... eau turquoise et snorkeling riche ...le guide hugues est très sympa, parle parfaitement le français et à de bonnes anecdotes et connaissances. avec Kim l autre guide, notre coup de cœur, vous découvrirez l excursion à Khao Sok ( canoe et elephants ferme respectueuse des animaux à l abris du tourisme de masse) super!!! Top Les repas sont toujours locaux et très bon L île de James Bond top mais tourisme en nombre.. après arrêt au village flottant nickel! À voir La visite des 3 temples est à faire journée riche en culture et en découverte de lieux atypiques... même mes enfants de 11 et 13 ans ont adoré! Agence super sérieuse et très compétente

Bonne agence

Nous avons fait deux excursions avec cette agence. Kim est la guide que je vous recommande elle est super sympa, je lui ai posé des dizaines de questions auxquelles elle a subrépondre. Une excellente note pour elle et pour ce qu’elle nous a permis de découvrir.
