We booked the half day Elephant Trek, bathing and waterfall visit with this company who have a branch just down from our hotel (The Merlin Resort). The tour was an unforgettable experience and my worries over the welfare of these wonderful creatures was put at ease when I saw them with their keepers. We took our two children aged 7 and 9 with us and the tour was appropriate for their ages. As we'd had such a great experience, we booked the 'James Bond Island' tour with some trepidation as to how our children would cope with the heat and long day. Yet again, we were delighted with all aspects of the trip. Air conditioned minibus, plenty of cold drinks supplied, lunch laid on and the most stunning scenery. Our tour guide, Gift, was an enthusiastic and friendly host and her English was perfect. I would highly recommend this company.

Brilliant day out, tour guide very helpful, flexible and knowledgeable. Great fun for everyone in our party. We also used this company for our return transfer from the airport. Very efficient and reasonably priced.

Potevano dare qualche info in più prima della partenza...venivamo da un'altra bellissima escursione nella giungla dove ci hanno detto subito cosa avremmo fatto/visto e cosa era necessario portare, mentre qui si è scoperto quasi tutto al momento. Con loro abbiamo visitato in un giorno il Lago Cheow e Namtaloo Cave: bellissimi posti nel parco Khao Sok ma per raggiungere i quali si è andati un po' troppo all'avventura! Nessuno ha detto che per arrivare alle grotte bisognava camminare 30 minuti col fango alle caviglie e attraversando fiumi. Noi eravamo equipaggiati perché siamo pignoli ma a dei ragazzi spagnoli nessuno ha detto niente e si sono trovati a dover fare tutta la strada in costume e sandali che quasi subito si sono rotti per l'effetto colla del fango: alla fine hanno dovuto camminare in mezzo alla giungla scalzi! È vero che dove ci si ferma per il pranzo si possono noleggiare delle scarpette, ma mancano molti numeri perciò andate muniti di vostre scarpe sportive e vecchie anche se non ve lo diranno! Nella grotta serve una torcia: anche qui, noi la avevamo per caso, gli altri no e son dovuti entrare attaccati agli altri partecipanti per poter vedere qualcosa del percorso che è con l'acqua fino alle spalle. Consiglio anche una giacca a vento in caso di pioggia. Insomma, pensateci voi al giusto equipaggiamento che loro non diranno nulla se non "costume da bagno e crema solare". La guida è comunque gentile e simpatica, sorridente come un thai doc :-)
