Wir haben Discovery übers Internet gefunden und ich habe mich von den Bewertungen inspirieren lassen. Ich muss sagen, sowas tolles, pünktliches und nettes hat man ganz selten. Wir haben Discovery für den Transfer vom und zum Flughafen/Hotel gebucht. Alleine schon die Buchung; unproblematisch und auf deutsch. Die Bezahlung über PayPal. Trotzdem blieb die Angst, ob wir wirklich vom Flughafen abgeholt werden. Aber dort stand jemand mit unserem Namesschild, so dass wir ihn auch super gefunden haben. Wir wurden alleine von Phuket nach Khao Lak in einem Bus gefahren. Die Fahrt war sehr gut, aber still, wir waren auch super müde und dafür eigentlich dankbar. Einen Tag vor dem Rückflug bekamen wir sogar noch ein Fax aufs Zimmer von Discovery wo nochmal unsere Abholzeit draufstand, die wir ja schon bei der Buchung erhielten. Morgens 4.30 Uhr sollte es sein. Als wir zur Rezeption kamen stand der Fahrer schon da. Na der war was nett! Nicht nur ein geiles Auto (wir wurden wieder alleine kutschiert), sondern der Fahrer war auch gut drauf, nett, versprühte gute Laune, hat sich nett in englisch und deutsch mit uns unterhalten, es war einfach klasse und man konnte total entspannt sein. Also bei uns immer wieder DISCOVERY und bei der nächsten Tour werden wir sie auch buchen! VIELEN DANK FÜR ALLES

We did a full day trip to Khao Sok NP. First of all they were quite late picking us up. We had to phone them to find out what was happening. By the time they arrived, we could have used the extra time to have some breakfast before leaving. The driver was very erratic and just a bit scary. Overtaking on blind corners for example and going at extremely high speeds the entire way. Was going so fast (which I assume was because they were running behind time), that going over several bumpy parts at high speed, we would bounce quite high up in our seats and get thrown around even with the seat belts on! The boat ride on the way over on the lake was nice but again felt rushed. The jungle trek was okay - we just sort of walked along without much explanation of anything. Lunch was nice and the swim in the lake was also nice (although would have been better to have longer than 15 minutes doing this). The long tail boat ride back had no shelter and it was raining so not very comfortable. I just expected more based on the reviews and just felt disappointed in the day overall at the price charged.

Für alle Naturliebhaber sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist eine Tour, bei der man die Möglichkeit hat, die Tiere hautnah zu erleben...um jeder Ecke gibt es Neues zu entdecken. Es war sehr interessant, besonders das Beobachten von Elefanten, Rehen, Hirschen, Schweinen, Waranen, Affen und vielem Mehr. Das Baden im See ist sehr erfrischend. Die Unterkunft ist Basic, also eine Matratze und einem Moskitonetz, sowie Strom zum Laden und langsamen Wlan. Danke unserem Guide Rolo

We had a great time on the half day tour. Di Dho was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide. The elephant jungle ride was very good, much better jungle than we have experienced further south in Phuket. The elephant handlers were friendly and the elephants were well cared for. Ton Pling waterfall was excellent - a beautiful spot and we enjoyed an excellent swim. Lunch afterwards was one of the best meals we have had in Thailand to date. Overall we had a wonderful time.
