3 Tempel Tour mit Volker

Wir machten mit Khao Lak Land Discovery die 3 Tempel Tour vom angebotenen Ausflugsprogramm. Volker, unser Reiseleiter, organisierte die Tour so geschickt (in umgekehrter Reihenfolge wie im Programm angegeben), dass wir immer als einzige Gruppe in den Tempeln anwesend waren (Pagooda-Tempel, Thai-Tempel und Höhlen-Tempel). Volker brachte das Thema so erfrischend, locker und doch so fundiert und mit enorm viel Wissen rüber, dass es zu keiner Zeit langweilig wurde. Ein Highlight war auch das Mittagessen in einem Fischrestaurant (an einem Wasserarm gelegen). Eine tolle Tour, sicherlich auch ein Verdienst unseres hervorragenden Reiseleiters "Volker".

Des excursions qui nous apprennent beaucoup

Ne parlant que français, après quelques recherches sur internet je suis tombé sur leur site, j'ai eu toutes les réponses à mes questions par mail très rapidement et j'ai aussi pu réserver directement. Sur place nous avons été payer les excursions à l'agence, on peut aussi les payer au guide le jour même de l'excursion à ce que j'ai vu. Pour notre plus grand bonheur nos trois excursions étaient bien en français, et de plus nous avons eu de super guides ! On apprend beaucoup de chose lors des excursions mais aussi pendant les différents trajets, des bons plans, des lieux à visiter par nous mêmes,... Je recommande vraiment cette agence, nous referons appel à eux pour notre prochaine visite en Thaïlande.

James Bond Island Tour (kompletter Tag)

Wir kommen grad zurück von der ganztägigen „James Bond Island Tour“ mit Volker und Bun (Fahrer). Um es kurz zu machen: sehr gut! Volker ist ein intelligenter Geist, der extrem viel Hintergrundwissen über Geographie, Land, Leute, Religion, Kultur, Wirtschaft und vieles mehr parat hat und es sehr gut versteht, dies unaufdringlich und sehr unterhaltsam zur Verfügung zu stellen. Es hat sehr viel Spass gemacht. Ich empfehle, eine solche Tour bei „Land Discovery“ und mit Volker zu buchen. Versucht nicht, ein paar Euros zu sparen um euch „nur“ durch die Gegend kutschieren zu lassen. Wir hatten heute einen perfekten Tag, und so muss es sein. 😉Bun ist ein sehr guter Fahrer und ich fand es schonmal extrem positiv, auf die Minute pünktlich an unserem Hotel in Khao Lak abgeholt zu werden.Laut Bewertungsbogen aller heutigen Tourteilnehmer (8 Personen in Summe) haben Volker und Bun von allen absolute Höchstpunktzahl bekommen. Elephant bathing

We booked this trip at the office in Khao Lak with family that were staying at a different hotel. We asked for the trip on the saturday and was told pick up would be 8.00/8.10am. At 8.20 they hadn't arrived , but when i checked receipt they had put sat the 17th, not the 16th. The receptionist at hotel phoned them and I spoke to a lady who informed me trip was next day. I said we had plans for next day so would cancel and get a refund. She then said to wait by phone and she would call back. She did and said we could be picked up at 9.50 that day which we accepted. The trip was good, the guide very informative and she stopped on route to get banana fritters for us! The elephants seemed well cared for and it was a sanctuary where you feed and bathed them, no riding allowed. We stopped at a waterfall on return journey. Overall a good trip after the mix up at start.

Great experience through the jungle and country ,no mass tourism

Well organized and assembled full day tour .Small group (8P.) There was a lot to see. Temple,waterfall,by inflatable boat through the mangroves,ride through the jungle as well as difficult walk through the jungle. Great food by the lake. Since it goes through the jungle sturdy footwear makes sense, if necessary swimming shoes for the waterfall as it is very slippery when entering. Highlight were the bird spider and the waterfall for us. The tour should not be underestimated,there are some difficulties to overcome in the jungle,eg the descent and ascent to the waterfall.
