We retain the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule any tour in the event of adverse weather, sea conditions, or “Acts of God.” Should we cancel a tour and rescheduling is not feasible, a full refund will be issued to the customer. Similan Islands Park Fees are non-refundable.
Be advised that not all tour programs operate daily. Please verify the availability of the tour you are interested in with our office or one of our sales representatives.
All customers are responsible for their own personal safety while on our tours and should be aware of any and all potential dangers of the activities they are participating in.
The directions and instructions provided by tour guides must be obeyed at all times.
All customers are required to handle and operate the equipment provided by Khao Lak Land Discovery Co. Ltd. with care to avoid damage, accidents, or injuries.
For safety reasons, we recommend that customers sit in the rear portion of the speedboat while it is in motion due to the increased risk of injury.
Khao Lak Land Discovery Co. Ltd. is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
Individuals over the age of 75 and infants under the age of 2 are not covered under our accident insurance policy.
Individuals who are pregnant, under the age of 4, or over the age of 75 are not permitted to participate in any of our speedboat tours.
CANCELATION POLICY
Cancellations of full, half-day, and speedboat tours: Customers are required to notify our office of a cancelation a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled tour to receive a full refund. Similan Islands Park Fees are non-refundable. No refund will be issued for cancelations made within 24 hours of the tour.
Cancellations of overnight tours and private speedboat charters: Customers are required to notify our office of any cancellation a minimum of 7 days before the scheduled tour to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after 7 days and before 72 hours of the tour are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour. Similan Islands Park Fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations due to illness or injury within 24 hours of the scheduled tour: Please provide an official medical certificate from a Thai hospital or clinic. We will then work with you to find the best possible solution.
