Route to Koh Lanta
The drive from Khao Lak heads south through Phang Nga, passes Krabi Province, and crosses to the island via the vehicle ferry at the north end of Koh Lanta. Unlike Koh Samui or Koh Phangan, Koh Lanta has a short vehicle ferry — there is no long sea crossing. Your private minivan boards the ferry with you and continues directly to your hotel on the island.
