Es war super schön, kleine Gruppe...

Es war super schön, kleine Gruppe auf dem Boot Es gab Mittagessen und immer wieder kleine Snacks und Getränke Das einzige was wir nicht so gut fanden war der Transport hin und zurück mit jeweils 3 Stunden von Phuket, da wir frühs die letzten waren die ankommen konnten wir leider nicht mehr frühstücken

Went on a tour with them....

Went on a tour with them. The guide Jake was amazing and so was the driver. The first half of the tour was really interesting and beautiful. I unfortunately missed the second half due to illness and the guide and driver arranged for me to get back to my resort safely without having to disturb anyone else.

Extremely Disappointed – Unreliable and Unprofessional ServiceI had a terrible experience with Khao Lak Land Discovery on their Phuket DIY trip and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. I was promised a professional driver who would take me to a gun range in Patong, but instead, I was dropped off in the middle of town with no explanation and unable to speak the language and told I’d be picked up five hours later. When I asked the driver to take me to my actual destination, he simply refused and said he was spending the day at the beach.I contacted the company, hoping for a resolution, and was told someone would get back to me. They never did. The lack of communication, disregard for customer expectations, and completely unprofessional behaviour were shocking.This was a complete waste of time and money. I would NEVER use this company again.

Von der Abholung über die Tour bis hin zum Hotel wieder zurück bestens von Isi betreut worden. Getränke gab es auch. Isi gab wertvolle Infos und hat, wenn man wollte, auch Fotos gemacht. Mehrer Stationen waren gepaart mit einer super Bootstour. Rundum ein toller Tag. Danke nochmal.

Paiement à la réservation, mais prestation incertaine...

Réservation préalable pour un aller retour aéroport de Phuket / Khaolak pour 9 adultes : fiche remplie, règlement via PayPal exigé avant confirmation, puis refus 2 jours après (impossible car nombre de passagers > 6, et enfin remboursement... Prix débité et crédité 2900 bahts mais en euros 84 puis 78 soit une différence de 6 euros... Certes, minime, mais attention au procédé qui vous débite avant même la confirmation de la prestation peut générer des frais importants, selon le montant facturé auprès des intermédiaires (commission et différence de change).

Professional, considerate, great teamwork and synchronization

It was from khao lak. We were with the tour guide Gift (that's her nickname). She was charming, funny and full of knowledge and interesting stories everywhere we went. She made sure to give us the full experience in the best possible way together with the professional driver, who drove both in nature with us and on the road - we felt safe and enjoyed the ride . They took us to both touristy places and local hidden gems. All of our group are vegetarians and they took care of us for a varied and delicious lunch. The trip was very enjoyable. Thank you for an unforgettable experience! :)

Khao Lak Expedition

Wir haben die Khao Lak Expedition gebucht und waren einfach nur begeistert. Der Trip war sehr gut durchgeplant und organisiert. Man hatte genug Zeit für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und man fühlte sich nie gestresst. Es wurde einem dauerhaft kühle Getränke bereitgestellt und es gab ein Mittagessen direkt an einem Wasserfall. Alles in Allem, eine der besten geführten Touren, die wir gemacht haben. Es hat sich definitiv gelohnt!
