would recommend this tour , elephants brilliant , feed them bananas, pineapple etc , went to water falls for lunch which was the best

Went with Khao Lak Land Discovery for a day out on an Elephant trek and Elephant Bathing,,,,,,,,,what a fantastic day , it was a once in a lifetime experience,, to be able to get into the water and swm with these magnificent animals was something I will never forget,, we were picked up from Phuket island (which cost a little extra, but not a lot, considering),, and driven up to the Elephant camp, which took about an hour and a half, so we didnt mind the extra cost,, Soon after we arrived we were loaded on to the Elephants for a trek through the area for about 40 minutes,, after that the chairs were taken off and the Elephants were taken into lagoon and we were invited to jump in with them and swim for about half an hour,,,,great fun,, after that we were again loaded into the Elephants for a ride back to camp,,,from there it was off to a little restaurant for lunch and then driven back home,, would highly recommend this tour and the company,, definitely would do it again,,

Wir haben 3 Touren über KLLD gebucht, nach dem unser Reiseleiter von FTI die Touren empfohlen hat und haben es nicht bereut. Deutschsprechende Tourguides die mit viel Liebe über Land und Leute berichten und unheimlich viel Fragen beantworten. Ganz lieben Dank hier an unsere Guides July, Andy und Claudi und unseren Fotographen von Adventure-Tours. Ein Ausflug führte uns in den Nationalpark mit Paddelboot Tour, Elefantenreiten, auf Phi Phi "The Beach" besucht, schnorcheln und schwimmen und Mittagessen auf Bamboo Island, James Bond-Tour war auch sehr interessante auf dem Longtailboot. Wir fühlten uns echt gut aufgehoben, genügend zu Essen und Trinken, kleine Gruppen, pünktliche Abfahrtszeiten wenn auch manchmal früh, was durchaus seine Gründe hatte. Das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis war top, etwas teurer als das Angebot eines Einheimischen. Aus Gesprächen mit anderen, welche beim Einheimischen aus Kostengründen gebucht haben, erfuhren wir viel Negatives. Es waren wunderschöne Ausflüge, trotz Regenzeit hatten wir Glück und es war jedesmal trocken. Trinkgeld haben wir immer jedem gern gegeben, wenn man weiß, wie hoch das Einkommen im Monat ist, die Hinweise von den Guides auf Trinkgeld fanden wir nicht aufdringlich, eher hilfreich! Wir werden Thailand nochmals besuchen und dann wieder bei KLLD unsere Ausflüge buchen.

Avec Hughes notre guide francophone :-) Tout s'est passé à merveille. Les journées étaient très bien organisées, avec boissons à volonté, les repas copieux et très bon. Et une très bonne ambiance

J ai fait l excursion safari une journee. Tres bien , cela se passe cmme sur le descriptif . Balade d environ 40 min aller et retour sur un elephant. Petit trek dans la foret tropical pour arriver a la cascade. Dejeuner excellent . Rafting dans la rivere sur des bambous , c est super agreable et tres paisible. Parc aux tortues , des especes magnifique que je n avais encore jamais vu.Et pour finir petit repos sur une plage privee.Cette excursion est bien organiser , elle m a fait decouvrir ce que je n aurais pas pu faire seule cependant nous etions 2 adultes et une enfant de 3 ans et le trek dans la foret n est pas adapter pour les enfants. Le guide n est pas present pendant ce petit trek qui est assez difficile lorsqu il a plu avant. Les pierre sont mouilles et glissante, les feuilles au sol rendent l acces tres difficile . Neanmoins nous en gardons un tres bon souvenir . Pour le rafting et balade sur l elephant , pas de probleme avec les enfants.Depart entre 8 et 9h. Retour 15h . L excursion est minutee. Le repos sur la plage n a duree que 30 min , on aurait voulu profites des vagues plus longtemps.
