This was our best day out in Khao Lak! We are so glad that we met Nok in our hotel - she advised us on the best things to do and recommended the Khao Lak Day Safari. She even rearranged the tour, later that day when the forecast changed to heavy rain. We were picked up the next day in a fabulously clean and comfortable mini-bus which took us on our day out. James, our tour guide was amazing and not only kept us informed throughout the whole tour, but kept us entertained with his personal stories. The highlights were definitely the Elephant experience and the bamboo rafting. The lunch was plentiful and delicious. I would certainly recommend Khao Lak Land Discovery, but especially James as he is so personable & amiable.

We did the Half day elephant visit, which we really enjoyed. Kids loved seeing the elephants so close and having the opportunity to swim/bath with them was amazing.Company also kindly took us too the Sea turtle conservation project in Khao Lak at no extra charge (aside from the entrance fee). Kids loved this too.Only negative was that we were in the bus for 1.5hours, picking up other guests and again to drop off guests. With small kids this was a long time, especially as we were only at the elephants for 1.5hrs.

Nous étions 6, nous avons été accueillis par Hugues. C’est un passionné de Kao lak, il est extrêmement intéressant par ses explications sur les lieux que nous visitons et nous apprend des mots simple comme bonjour, merci.. il nous a fait passer une excellente journée avec sa bonne humeur ( journée visite éléphants, tortues, mémorial…) Nous le recommandons sans hésitations et merci Hugues sans oublier notre chauffeur d’une gaité géniale
