Unfortunately, this trip was a disappointment, mainly because of the guide. Multiple times when someone asked the guide a question, she couldn’t answer it. She told us that she didn’t know and she looked it up. The questions were about the trip, for example when the lake was created or why the three mountains were so special. The trip promise an one hour trek through the rainforest. It already began here, the trek was only about 30-35 minutes. They also promise that your guide will help you spot animals and show you the incredible orchid species. This unfortunately was also not the case, the guide didn’t tell us anything about any flowers or animals. She even asked one time if we wanted to continue the trek, because it was about to rain… which in my opinion was really unprofessional and made it seem like she wanted to cut the trip short. The lunch was the biggest disappointment of all—almost inedible. In Thailand, where the food is usually amazing, that was especially surprising. And again they promised a traditional Thai lunch, which again was not the case. At 3,900 baht per person, I expect a guide that is enthusiastic and can tell you so much about the surroundings. Not a guide that has to look up when the lake was created. I could’ve done that myself. I would not recommend this tour. The tour didn’t live up to the expectations and promises they made online. Sadly a bad experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Khao Lak Safari Experience!We had an absolutely amazing experience with Khao Lak Safari! Everything was very well organized from start to finish, and the whole day was unforgettable. The staff and guides were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They made sure everyone felt comfortable and had a great time.The activities were fantastic and gave us the chance to experience the beautiful nature and culture of Thailand. Everything felt professional, safe, and well planned. We especially loved how kind and attentive the guides were throughout the entire trip.It was definitely one of the highlights of our holiday in Khao Lak, and we would absolutely recommend Khao Lak Safari to anyone visiting the area. Super "Privat" Tour die Guides wahren sehr freundlich und witzig!

Super Tour! Vor allem mit dem Deutschsprachigen Tour Guide Tim. Alle super net und hilfsbereit, erklären auch gut. Busfahrer war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Macht weiter so! Die Tour ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren rundum begeistert! Die Tour war sehr gut organisiert und angenehm entspannt – zu keiner Zeit hatten wir Stress oder das Gefühl, unter Zeitdruck zu stehen. Getränke waren jederzeit vorhanden. Für alle Fragen hatte man stets ein offenes Ohr. Ein besonderes Lob geht an Jasmin, unsere Tourguide – sie war super sympathisch, kompetent und hat die Tour zu einem tollen Erlebnis gemacht. Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir würden die Tour jederzeit wieder buchen. 😊🌴✨
