Kho sok & Phang Nga Bay Hong Island

Safari full day tour

We recently went on the full day safari- elephant trek, waterfall, lunch, small sandy beach, bamboo rafting and turtle conservation park. Our tour guide was Don, he was funny and informative and did well with his English. We felt very looked after by him and also the bus driver. They give you wet face towels, water and cola throughout the day. Elephant trekking was enjoyable, about an hour but you don't go heaps far as the elephant stops a lot to eat and poo along the way!! They take a photo of you that you can purchase for 250 baht at the end. Toilets at elephant ride were clean and nice.Next was the waterfall and lunch. Lunch was rice, massaman curry, vegetables, chicken nuggets and chicken soup. Was very nice. Waterfall is quite small but still nice- you are able to swim in it.After we went to the national park and visited a beach called 'small sandy beach'. The tour guide pays 200 baht for you to enter and walks down to the beach with you. It's about a 10 minute walk through the jungle/trees, before you reach a cute little secluded beach. They have drinks for sale down there. When we were there, there was only about 10 other people on the beach so it was nice and private and the water clear and beautiful to swim in. The walk back is quite steep but the guide encourages you to take your time about again it only takes 10 min. After this we drove to bamboo rafting! Highlight of day!!! The driver of the bamboo raft guides the raft down the river through some small Rapids and peaceful pools of water. Lasts for half an hour then Don the guide meets you again at the other end.Lastly was a quick stop to the turtle park. This is an army area where they are protecting species of turtle and looking after sick turtles before releasing them into the wild again. You can see turtles of all sizes, all in pool like tanks. It's no sea-world but Don was informative and it was still interesting. Only there for about 10 min.Overall a wonderful day and felt it was worth the money as we saw/experienced a lot. Would definitely recommend this tour company :)

Excellent, but beware of the video company.

Went to Surin island snorkelling with them. Great experience. Our guides were happy and energetic. Could see they enjoyed their jobs and rightfully so. Surin islands are magnificent. Speedboat was good, plenty of snacks and drinks onboard and decent lunch. Only thing to complain about is that i would have preferred more snorkelling time as there were plenty to see but not enough time to do so. (2x45mins) But i guess for older people it was fine.Sadly had problems with our trip dvd delivery, that kind of left bad taste in the mouth. They promised to send it to our hotel whereever it may be. But next morning they called the hotel saying it was too far away and they cant deliver there.. In the end we had to go pick it up ourselves covering all the transport costs to the pier.. Very unprofessional by the video company.

AMAZING THREE TEMPLE TOUR WAS REALLY AMAZING!

We had a guide named Toin, short for Antoin. He had been a Buddhist monk for 12 years and he was very knowledgable about the Buddha. We were a group of 8 and were taken to two cave temples, one was very high in the mountains. The other was very beautiful and expansive. The place we had lunch served us an incredible meal that we will never forget! The place is on a river with gorgeous views. At the last cave temple, the monk gave us a special blessing.
