Very good tour overall with a nice selection of temples, a very good guide who obviously enjoys his work (Volker) and a good (amount) of food. The time at the temples themselves could be just a little bit shorter to make the trip a little less strenuous and it was a bit of a shame that we didn't get to see the two big statues at the second location close up which we assumed we could've based on the pictures. Nevertheless we can recommend this to anyone interested in Buddhism, Thai culture and beautiful viewpoints. Again big thanks to Holger and our really great driver Noangor (we're so sorry we probably misspelled that!) who took us safely and smoothly from location to location.Please wear sandals or shoes that can be taken off easily as you'll be doing that a lot!

It was from khao lak. We were with the tour guide Gift (that's her nickname). She was charming, funny and full of knowledge and interesting stories everywhere we went. She made sure to give us the full experience in the best possible way together with the professional driver, who drove both in nature with us and on the road - we felt safe and enjoyed the ride . They took us to both touristy places and local hidden gems. All of our group are vegetarians and they took care of us for a varied and delicious lunch. The trip was very enjoyable. Thank you for an unforgettable experience! :)

We had such a fantastic day on the Khao Lak Expedition tour. Oil and Tan were fantastic guides and gave us lots of specific insights and first had experiences. Particular highlight for us was the bamboo rafting and the waterfall where we were the only group there! Oil was very helpful throughout and took time to explain specific parts of the tour and the history whilst also pointing out local wildlife and other attractions whilst travelling. Thank you!
