I was on a 3-day tour in Khao Sok with my 4 year old daughter. It was a beautiful three days I will never forget. I would like to thank Oliver Weber for his professional and human approach. Oli thank you!

We booked the full day safari trip with elephant riding at the end. Very good day with a very good guide. If you want to do a trip and not go on a typical packed out tour booked through your holiday company, use these guys, small and friendly groups. Excellent communication throughout the booking process and no money paid until we were picked up.

Wir haben vorab 2Ausflüge über die Website von klld gebucht. Die Abwicklung und Bestätigung lief einwandfrei. Die Ausflüge wurden direkt beim tourguide in bar gezahlt. Wir hatten uns für khao soll und similan entschieden. Auf beiden touren wurden wir überpünktlich abgeholt. Die minibusse waren sehr gepflegt. Khao sok war ein toller Tag mit einem ruhigem guide. Die paddeltour war toll und alles war sehr gut organisiert. Similan war dann nicht mehr so toll. Haben über eine Stunde darauf gewartet aufs Boot zu gehen, dieses war einfach überfüllt so dass bequem sitzen nicht möglich war und der guide Andi war in keinster Weise informativ oder hilfreich. Similan an sich ist sehenswert, aber so ging der Spaß leider verloren.

We booked a Phuket night tour and have mixed feelings about how it went. There was no communication pnce it was booked. I emailed the day before to re confirm and never got a reply.Then the afternoon of the tour we had a note at our room stating we had missed a 'welcome meeting'. I was some what confused and again tried to contact them but could not get any one.Eventually I spoke to some one in the office who didn't know what a welcome meeting was but confirmed our tour.The driver arrived on time and in a nice van. He gave us a map and some info stating we must be back at meeting spot at 1130.The drive to Phuket was incredibly long and the traffic was terrible, obviously not the drivers fault but I felt unwell with the crazy thailand driving.We set off and enjoyed the sights of Patong and at 11 went to the meeting spot. Unfortunately there was a torrential down pour and it blocked some traffic, walk ways etc and we were struggling to get back to the meeting point. We ended up finding a driver to drive us the short distance but he was helps up by rain too it was full on!When we got to the meeting spot less than 10 minutes late we could not find the bus. We searched for 20 minutes , called the company with no answer and eventually realised they had left!! Left us stranded on Phuket Island with no phone, no transport back to koah lak and no idea what to do.I understand we were late, but it was hardly our fault and I would expect they'd wait at least 10 minutes if there was adverse weather!Further more, no one contacted us to ask if we got home. For all they know we could still be stuck on Bangla road! We paid an EXTRA 3000 baht to get home.Cannot recommend this company. Poor service!
