Our guide Tanya was lovely lady, very funny and informative, very good driver and trainee all very friendly. Lovely air-conditioned van fully stacked with cold water and cola for the journey, plus delicious fruit. They all took good care of us. Delicious lunch before bamboo rafting. Experience with elephants was amazing, as was turtle conservation centre. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole day, would highly recommend

The tour was well organised and did miss some of the crowds. The snorkelling spots were ok. Got to see some clown fish and other fish.

Die Inseln 6nd das Meer sind einfach wunderschön. Auch der Aussichtspunkt auf Phi Phi war sehr schön. Ein schwerer Aufstieg, aber es hat sich gelohnt. Leider waren die Schnirchelstops nicht schön. Zu viele Boote auf einem Haufen, trübe Sicht und tote Korallen. Auch der zweite Badebuns Schnorchelstop war einfach zu überfüllt. Die Zeiten waren eng getaktet. Die Monkey Bay können Sie sich definitiv sparen. Die Bucht einfach nur voll mit Booten so das man sich aus dem Boot rausgehen musste um einen Affen auf dem Felsen zu sehen. Das war aber auch schon gefährlich weil von hinten das nächste Boot kam. Die guides waren nett aber. Es ist auch keiner mit zum schnorcheln gekommen um irgendwas zu erklären. Man fühlte sich er abgefertigt. es war etwas unpersönlich. Maja bay war zwar schön, aber auch um die Uhrzeit schon sehr voll.

Extremely Disappointed – Unreliable and Unprofessional ServiceI had a terrible experience with Khao Lak Land Discovery on their Phuket DIY trip and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. I was promised a professional driver who would take me to a gun range in Patong, but instead, I was dropped off in the middle of town with no explanation and unable to speak the language and told I’d be picked up five hours later. When I asked the driver to take me to my actual destination, he simply refused and said he was spending the day at the beach.I contacted the company, hoping for a resolution, and was told someone would get back to me. They never did. The lack of communication, disregard for customer expectations, and completely unprofessional behaviour were shocking.This was a complete waste of time and money. I would NEVER use this company again.
