Meine Frau und ich haben mit Khao Lak Land Discovery insgesamt 2 Touren gemacht: nach Khao Sok und nach Phang Nga. Beide Male waren die Guides (Sut Jee und Fabio) sehr freundlich und informativ sowie der gesamte Ablauf perfekt.Für Touren um Khao Lak unbedingt empfehlenswert!

I have booked two trips with Khao Lak Land Discovery, Similan Islands and Phangnga Park. They are very professional and try to give you the best experience of Khao Lak surroundings. I really felt the will to give you the best experience trying to avoid the tourist crowd starting earlier that the other groups. You are then first on each spot before the crowd get there. I was not expecting to go on tour with a kind of Wikipedia-Guide, so the explanations I had were good enough to enjoy the places and dig more by myself if wished (google if my friend). As whole, I would say: - Departure on time - Try to avoid the crowd - Enough explanations on the visited places - Food ok for lunch - Drinks and snacks all day long - They care about you and try to give the best experience - German oriented but good English spoken (I’m not German)Price wise I cannot compare with the other local agencies, but since I was happy with my trips, and based on my past experiences in Thailand I found it good value for money. I do not see any negative point I could put on their service.

All I can say is steer clear of this trip if you love elephants.I thought the elephants were being cared for in a conservation type environment but I couldn't be more wrong.The elephants are chained up by one leg and I saw one swaying side to side in a manner which was worrying and suggested ill treatment.The elephants are poorly treated as they use a metal hook to hit them with on the jungle trek.This is a purely money making exercise and I am ashamed for supporting this cruelty.Avoid at all cost.

Es begann, dass der Fahrer des Transfer am Flughafen 20 Minuten zu spät kam.Die Mitarbeiterin am Flughafen war unkompetent und hatte offensichtlich keine Telefonnummer des Fahrers. Sie kümmerte sich stattdessen um Puschalgäste von einem Lastminute Billigveransatalter.Im Internet sind die Fahrer als zuverlässige und sicher Chauffere beschrieben. Ich glaube der Rennfahrer wollte uns zeigen, dass er die zu spät gekommen Zeit wieder einholen kann. Leider schien der Fahrer mein Englisch, nicht zu verstehen. Dafür telefonierte er bei 120 km/h und überholte auch noch dabei.Um meinen Rücktransfer fuhr ich zum Büro von Discovery, da man dort angeblich deutsch spricht. Vielleicht hatte das deutschsprachige Personal frei oder es gibt es nicht. Das Büro ist im hinteren Teil wohl ein Kindergarten, jedenfalls waren bei meinem Besuch dort viele Kids. Im vorderen Bereich ist die Prospektverteilung. Beratung über Ausflüge Fehlanzeige!Der Rücktransfer nach Phuket war pünktlich. Der Fahrer fuhr sehr vorsichtig und übertrieben langsam.Wenn Sie ab Phuket fliegen rechnen Sie vor allem am frühen Morgen eine halbe Stunde mehr ein. Die Passkontrolle dauert ca. 45 Minuten.

Waren zusammen mit Rollo unterwegs. War ein gelungener Tag super individuell und sehr lehrreich. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen mit Land Discovery und ganz besonders mit Guide Rollo war echt super.Danke an alle für die super Ausflüge !!!Grüße an Rollo 😊😊😊😊😊Martin und Alex
