Unforgettable excursion
The drive across the lake with the landscape is already fantastic! Shortly before the accommodation we were surprised with heavy rain, rainforest stop! We were served a simple but delicious lunch and then we had some free time. Swimming in the lake or kayaking, just relax in nature! The accommodation was simple but did it. The jetty to the huts cost me a lot to overcome at first but after a few times it was ok. It's not for foot weak people! Our guide Rolo was great, he lives for this national park! Unfortunately, we didn't want to see elephants, but it's not his fault. We could still see some animals! The return trip the next day would be a bit damp from above but did not bother us!
For nature lovers it is the right tour!
We did the James Bond Island tour with canoeing, floating market, reclining Buddha. Very friendly, knowledgeable and caring guide - Ann. A good range of activities in the day. Plenty of food and drink provided.
