Vi var på en 1/2 dags elefant tur med besøg ved et vandfald. Vores guide og chaufføren var meget søde og imødekommende og vs med til, at gøre det til en god dag. Elefanten turen var i smuk natur og et godt sted. På vej retur stoppede vi også ved politibåden fra tsunamien, og guiden fortalte hans historien. Vi fandt prisniveauet fair og følte vi fik meget for pengene.

What an awesome experience to see an bathe with the Elephants. We went on the trek in Wednesday 20 July. Janya, our tour guide, was extremely friendly and helpful. Tho, our driver, was excellent and drove us around safely (the drivers in Thailand scare me most times). Unfortunately the weather wasn't on our side and we cut the trek short because the elephants weren't happy trekking in torrential rain. I didn't mind because if an elephant refuses to go up a steep muddy track I'm ok with that! Although one thing is I wouldn't recommend taking a 3 yo on the ride as mine was scared stiff and was getting bitten by some bugs which actually hurt. It was hard to hold on to a 3yo when it's raining and especially because there is only a rope to secure you. But lesson learnt not all 3 yo can do it. We returned to the bathing pool and had a great time seeing them enjoy the bath. The 7 month old baby was so adorable. The love between the mother and baby is just adorable. From the elephant park we had lunch at the waterfall and the food provided was delicious. All in all a good day.

我们很早就被从我们的度假胜地接过来了，并受到了基姆的迎接。她是个很好的导游，因为我们都去过攀牙湾。景点是很棒的，一个8人小组在这里是很享受的。我肯定会推荐这次体验和这家旅游公司。唯一的缺点是令人失望的水污染，还有不断提醒我们要给小费的撑独木舟的人。否则，这将是一次梦幻般的郊游。

We were picked up early from our resort and were greeted by the delightful Kim. She was a wonderful guide to all of us as we experienced visiting the Phang Nga Bay. The sights were great and being a small group of 8 easily enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this experience and the Tour Company. The only negatives were the disappointing water pollution and the continual reminder from our canoe man that we had to tip him. Otherwise a fantastic outing.

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 1 Kind 14 J. und 1 Kind 5 Jahre) waren Ende Juni/ Anfang Juli in Khao Lak und hatten eigentlich nur den Flughafentransfer bei KLLD gebucht. Durch die angebotene Beratung (Danke an Susanne!) haben wir dann auch 3 Toren von KLLD vor Ort gemacht: 1. Tempeltour - trotz Regentag einfach toll. Super Guide und Fahrer (sorry, aber hier habe ich leider die Namen nicht so richtig behalten) und ganz viel Information. Und das Essen im Fischrestaurant am Fluss war richtig lecker. 2. Khao Lak Safari - Die Tour konnten wir wegen Regen ganz einfach verschieben. Bei Sonne dann ein toller Tag. Hier gab es auch für unsere Jüngste mit den Elefanten und den Schildkröten den spannensten Teil der Ausflüge. Auch hier Guide und Fahrer (Volker und Prasit) richtig gut. 3. Hong Island - Die frühe Abfahrt (4:20) hat sich wirklich gelohnt - also nicht abschrecken lassen. Und auch hier Guide (Paula) und Fahrer super.Also, wer einen guten Anbieter vor Ort sucht: Wir können Khao Lak Land Discovery mit besten Gewissen empfehlen.
