Wir haben eine tolle Beratung (deutsch) zum Ausflug erhalten. Abholung und Transfers verliefen ohne Probleme. Sehr gute Organisation. Tourguide sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Essen sehr lecker und Getränke jederzeit vorhanden. Wir hatten den "früher Vogel" Ausflug und es war auch wirklich nicht so überlaufen. Bei allen Besichtigungen war genügend Zeit. Wir hatten viel Spaß und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Wir hatten die Tour auf deutsch gebucht,leider konnte der Guide nur gebrochen deutsch,wir alle (10 Personen) hatten mühe ihn zu verstehen. Am Abend vorher bekamen wir die Mitteilung dass wir schon um 7 Uhr morgens losfahren, die meisten von uns konnten kein Frühstück einnehmen.

We expected a little more from this. Early Bird Tour means nothing when it is offered by around 60 other companies. Everything is still extremely crowded and rushed through. On Phi Phi, not even enough time to grab a Coffee after walking up and down to the View Point but spent 2 hours on horribly overcrowded Bamboo Island for Lunch. German Guide gave 0 Information about anything. I told other guests more about Phi Phi than he did. Worst part: The „breakfast Lounge“ - You get dropped of here at 5:45 in the Morning and are immediately surrounded by ALL people (300+) that also leave for Tours in a lounge that is maybe for 50 people. Almost had a fight to even get some Bananas for breakfast

We selected this trip from the hotel brochure and were not dissapointed. We were picked up from the hotel by the aircon minibus and was greeted by "Volker" our tour guide. What a nice guy he is, very knowledgable, laid back, friendly and led us on an amazing tour through the day. He also took the time to take photographs for us all and made sure we had great memories of the day. Lunch was served at the elephant sancturary and was a nice surprise in both quantity and quality. This is a must do tour that offers excellent value with great experiences at a nice steady pace.
