I want to state that the guide Tanya was amazing as was Mr Pisan the driver and the accommodation also. However your tour description does not match reality. In effect there were 12 people on the tour which was 4 too many. Also some of the guests did not want to do the hike at all which was evident as they turned up in flip flops without any appropriate gear. When asked if they wanted to do the hike 4 people said no and also refused to stay on the floating bungalows so in effect our so called tour of1 and a quarter hour hike turned into a 15 minute walk. My partner and I spent money in the UK buying shoes and appropriate gear and ended up not using. Not impressed at all and I suspect there will be no offer of recompense either from your company. Let’s also see if this review will actually post! Or reply! As stated before Tanya was amazing as were the rest of the members of the team.

Die Aktivität war sehr schön. Die Reiseführerin war sehr kommunikativ und konnte sehr gut deutsch. Sie hat uns alles sehr gut erklärt und gemanagt.Der Nationalpark ist sehr imposant. Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu beanstanden. Auch das Baumhaus und Essen war sehr gut. Ich würde den Ausflug jedem empfehlen.
