Khao Sok 2 Days Wildlife Lake

You want to see the real beauty of untouched nature, far from civilisation? Then our overnight tour on the Cheow Lan Lake in the midst of rainforest is exactly what you are searching for. Here you have the best chance to spot wildlife.

During the day you will face spectacular images of vertical rising limestone and a spirit world of dead tree trunks, who gaze out of the water.

By longtail boat we reach the most outlying areas of the jungle, where wild elephants, bos gaurus and and gibbons are at home.

And on your jungle trek with a local ranger you might find tracks of the wildlife you have spotted the evening before during your boat excursion.

You get the chance to spend two days far from civilization in stunning nature.

We pick you up at your hotel and go straight to the Khao Sok National Park. Riding by longtail boat across the Cheow Lan Lake makes it easy to enjoy the fascinating landscape on your way to the Bamboo Raft Houses. Here you will check-in and enjoy a real Thai lunch, before going on an afternoon wildlife safari by longtail boat.

We recommend you to keep your eyes wide open, as there is a good chance to spot wildlife. Another night safari by boat is planned after dinner. Then it will be time to take some rest, as we start early in the morning for wildlife expedition by longtail boat.

Next, there will be breakfast to strengthen you for a real jungle trek to explore the untouched nature of the rainforest. Follow your guide along hidden tracks and listen to the sound of the jungle. Another lunch and then we head back to your hotel, cruising again through the diverse landscape of Khao Sok.

Please note the accommodation on the lake is very basic. For this tour we go deep into the jungle for explore wildlife.

Your Tour and transfer booking is payable when booking by PayPal. You may cancel your trip up to 24 hours before tour departure, and the payment process will be reversed. All costs involved through Paypal, your credit card company or any bank charges are your responsibility.
Khao Lak Land Discovery does not charge any processing fees.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before departure, your payment will not be refunded.

Khao Sok Lake Day Trip

General info about Khao Sok National Park

Being about 160 million years old, Khao Sok National Park belongs to the oldest rainforests in the world.

It covers an area of approx. 739 sq km and offers thousands of animals and plants a wonderful place to live. Even nowadays new species can be found, among them wild elephants, sun bears, macaques, prehistoric deer, tigers, hornbills and the rafflesia flower.

Besides breath-taking jungle vegetation Khao Sok shows off with majestic limestone cliffs (up to 960m high), which remind of long-gone coral reefs. Waterfalls and the unique barrier lake Cheow Lan are part of the almost untouched nature as well.
