Tachai Island Snorkelling Day Tour

Koh Tachai has only been part of the Similan National Park Authority since 2012.

Tachai Islands is considered to be one of the best diving and snorkeling sites in Thailand. It has beautiful corals with many large fish. it’s sands are still fairly virgin territory for tourists, with sugar white sandy beaches. Here you can find pictures.

We pick you up from your hotel at 07.00 and drive to the port just south of Khao Lak. We then head directly to the island where you can freshen up after a spot of snorkelling in the clear waters.

For lunch you will be served Thai delicacies in a buffet style on the  island. After this your tour guide will take you to some places on Koh Tachai in search of chicken crabs and other exotic island dwellers. We then take a speedboat to another snorkeling spot where we snorkel for 30-45 minutes.

The Similan Islands are officially closed from May 1st until October 31st.
