Khao Lak Land Discovery - Phuket Sightseeing & Shopping

Of course sometimes it’s nice to get out of the Nature and into the City again for some sightseeing, (window) shopping and cultural Life. Based on our experience from the last couple of years we have put together an itinerary for one day that will get you a nice mix of sights and shops, views and scenes, city and beaches.

Departing from your Hotel around 9.00 we will head straight for the biggest shopping center on Phuket: Central Festival. In the centers Food court they offer a huge range of dishes, maybe you also want to have lunch here?
After some intense shopping it’s time to relax and just watch –and maybe do some shopping afterwards: We will bring you for a brief stop to Wang Talang, a Thai handicraft center where you can observe how Jewellery, Silk, ancient wood carvings, etc. is made
We will dive even deeper into the cultural life when we visit Chalong Temple and have some nice views on the southern most point of Phuket afterwards: Prompthep Cave
From the most southern point we will drive along the west coast to the highest point: Phuket Viewpoint, where you can get an overview of the beaches and landscape before we descend onto Patong beach for more shopping, sightseeing and maybe a dinner in one of the many Seafood Restaurants
Around 18.30 we depart Phuket again and you will be back in Khao Lak around 20.00.

Sun Protection, Bathing suit for a quick dip, Towel, Camera, Temple appropriate clothing and some cash for your shopping spree

Maybe you have other wishes and would like to organize your own itinerary with our help. Then we would recommend chartering a Minibus and going to the places and sights you like when you like.
