Destination Service & Discovery Property
Besides the Destination Service we offer for international Travel Agencies (see our Profile Page for more) we operate offices in the Khao Lak area for your personal travel and holiday needs: Everything from local information about sights, transportation, culture and history to Internet, Telephone and Fax Services, Hotel and Air ticket booking and much much more. Refer to the map to find the location of our office in Khao Lak. We are open from 09.00 am to 11.00 pm in the high season and to 9.00 pm in the low season. Our office staff speaks Thai and English, our Representatives additionally speak German, Swedish, French and Spanish.

We also offer extended information and consultation about “long term stays” in Khao Lak. A lot of people fell in love with Khao Lak over the years and now decide to stay longer than just for a 3 weeks holiday and make Khao Lak their second home. Due to our long standing experience of handling international clients in a Thai environment, we can offer you not only the best deals on the property market; we will also help you getting settled in your new home.

Our own new House and Land development project is marketed under the label “Discovery Property”. Yuwadee and Soul, owner and founder of Khao Lak Land Discovery have made a plot of their own land available for people who would like to stay for a longer period of time in Khao Lak. The set up of this property development fits perfectly for most peoples needs:

Instead of buying a piece of land through a licensed company as a foreign share holder, with all the hassle and paper work needed, we decided to lease the land to our clients. This is perfectly legal in Thailand and can be done for up to 30 years at a time with the possibility of two renewals at 30 years each. Therefore it is possible to hold a piece of land (as a foreigner in Thailand) for consecutive 90 years. Private land ownership is not available for foreigners in Thailand.

You will buy the House/Villa, it will be registered in your name and you have all the rights to sell or rent it - including the lease contract.

Maybe you intend to stay only for a couple of months per year in Khao Lak, and you need somebody to look after your property while you are away. We offer a maintenance and Service contract for your housing needs, including security, cleaning and maid services.

While you are not staying in your Villa you might want to rent it out to other people and make some of your investment back. We help and take care of all the infrastructure and services needed for this enterprise for you and in your name.

Of course you want and will have strong influence on the building of your Villa, in the choice of colors, furniture, style and layout. Though we have already an overall design to fit our small property development of 3 initial Villas we will develop the property with you and your ideas.
The location of our private Villa Project is superb, to say the least and nobody else can offer you this in Khao Lak: In La On village (Khao Lak), at the border of the Khao Lak Lamru National park, with the mountainous rainforest as a backdrop we guarantee that you will always have the most beautiful nature around. Nobody is allowed to build east of our property in the future. This and the fact that you are just a short 5 minutes walk from La On village (Khao Lak) make it a perfect spot. As we are at the periphery of the village, very close to the jungle you will have to walk 10 minutes to the beach, but to compensate the ocean water we will include a Swimming Pool on the Land at our own expenses, which you will share with the 2 other Villa Owners on our Property.
